'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy': Film hits a rare milestone on Week 1

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has been making headlines and for all the right reasons! The Chiranjeevi starrer not only boasts an amazing cast but as per critics, the film is visually quite appealing along with a unique plot. Reportedly, the film has crossed Rs 61.42 crores in just four days and it could do amazingly well at the box office if it was released among Hindi audiences. Film critics & Trade analysts Ramesh Bala and Kaushik LM stated that the film minted a total of Rs 12 Lakhs on its four days in Chennai, while a total of 66 Lakhs from the city. About the film: 

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a biographical action epic based on the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, the man who revolted against the atrocities of East India Company ten years before the Sepoy Mutiny. The film is directed by Surender Reddy, and Ram Charan is the producer. The film released in five languages, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The Hindi version of the film has been distributed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment. The film also stars, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Nayanthara, Tamannaah, Anushka Shetty and Amitabh Bachchan. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is competing with Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's War. The Hrithik Roshan starrer is also doing well at the ticketing counters
