Tanushree Dutta recently accused veteran actor Nana Patekar of harassment while the duo was shooting for a song sequence in the film 'Horn OK Pleasss'. The actress was recently spotted at the Oshiwara police station where she registered an FIR against Nana Patekar and three others.

Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta had recently accused actor Nana Patekar of harassment, while the duo was shooting for a song sequence in the film 'Horn OK Please'. The actress had alleged that Nana Patekar wanted to do intimate steps with her in a song, which he initially was not supposed to be a part of.  Post the incident in 2008, the actress had filed a complaint, but it reached no conclusion. The actress had moved to the United States of America post the incident. Recently, after 10 years, Dutta returned to Mumbai and made headlines after she once again shed light on the past incident. In a recent interview, when she was questioned whether the #MeToo moment will take place in India, she said that it will not happen until she gets justice for what happened to her 10 years ago and went on to narrate the incident. 

Recently, Tanushree Dutta was spotted at the Oshiwara police station where she registered an FIR against Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Samee Siddhiqui and Rakesh Sarang under IPC section 354 and 509. The actress left the police station after 5 hours after the statement was recorded by her and two other witnesses. After which, an FIR was registered against the four.

Earlier on Tuesday, October 9, Republic TV tracked Tanushree Dutta's lawyer Nitin Satpute, who had submitted important documentary evidence in the Oshiwara police station. Lawyer Satpute claims that he has submitted around 40 page of documents, that is said to have some crucial evidence that will expose veteran actor Nana Patekar's lie. 

On October 6, filed a complaint against Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Samee Siddiqui, Rakesh Sarang, and MNS party workers for sexual harassment. It read as "" I, Tanushree Dutta, aged 34, hereby lodge my complaint about registration of an FIR under section 354, 354(A), section 34 and section 509 of IPC (Indian Penal Code) against Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Samee Siddiqui, Rakesh Sarang, and MNS party workers."

Recalling the day when she had filed a complaint in 2008, Tanushree told Republic TV's Editor-In-Chief Arnab Goswami, said, "So that night after the attack and mob lynching finished, we were all shaken up.  After the cops rescued us, they took us to the police station and where the cop was taking my complaint, I narrated everything to him and I filed an FIR. I would never have imagined in my wildest dreams that my day would end like this. I was shaken up for years after that but I had gone to the cops station and told him everything that happened and I saw this other guy writing it down. I said everything from my end, and I remember the cop asking me if I wanted to put Nana Patekar's name in the complaint and that pissed me off. The police told me that my name will also be included and I'll have to keep coming to the police station and the court, to which I said, I have given everything from my end now you have to investigate. He then made me sign it and I went
