Vicky Kaushal starrer 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' can be safely called the first blockbuster of 2019. Based on true events, the film has won over the audiences and a majority of critics. Many celebs in B-town too have been heaping praises on the war film. And now after Anurag Kashyap and Alia Bhatt, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has also shared his opinion about the film.
Taking to Twitter, he was all praise for the Aditya Dhar directorial as called it a "terrific war film" and that it was "perhaps the best ever made in India". Rishi also shared his takeaways from the war film. Elaborating about the same, he said that India has nothing against Pakistani citizens but that it was more about sending a message to the terrorists. He concluded that 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' will be an eye-opener for all those who watch it.
Other than the veteran actor, Alia Bhatt was also gushed about the war film and was particularly in awe of Vicky Kaushal's performance as Major Vihan Shergill. Taking to Twitter, she wrote, "What a film! @vickykaushal09 I literally have no words for you! You are just something else! Congratulations @AdityaDharFilms & @RonnieScrewvala for putting this film together!! What an experience!!! Fabulous performances!!Fabulous Film @yamigautam @SirPareshRawal #Uri"
