Bollywood actor Aamir Khan arranged a special screening of his small-screen film 'Rubaru Roshni' for spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Bengaluru.  Aamir and Mahaveer Jain were present at the screening. Following the same, the actor on Wednesday, January 23, shared a picture with Sri Sri on Twitter where both of them can be seen enjoying a lighthearted moment. Aamir captioned the post saying, "Always bringing joy and laughter into our lives, thank you @SriSri Guruji for your love, warmth and wisdom. What a pleasure it was to spend time with you. Love. a."

Coming to 'Rubaru Roshni', it is a television venture that is an inspirational film jointly brought in by Aamir Khan Films and Star Plus. It is directed by Svati Chakravarty Bhatkal, and the initial reviews of the film describe it as a thought provocating film that narrates the stories of some incredible people. The film will be aired on 26th January on the occasion of Republic Day. Several Bollywood stars watched the special screening of the film and penned heartfelt reviews for the same on social media.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan made his last on-screen appearance in 2018 adventure film 'Thugs of Hindostan'. The multi-starrer venture also featured Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Katrina Kaif and Lloyd Owen in the lead.
