This latest picture of Deepika Padukone from her Varmala ceremony proves that she's nothing less than a queen

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's second wedding ritual took place on November 15 in a Sindhi style ceremony. The pictures from the beautiful day have and come out and they are as dreamy as they come. One particular picture, however, caught our attention and features Deepika.

In the picture shared by both her and Ranveer, the bride can be with the most stunning smile as she is escorted for the Varmala ceremony. Wearing a red saree and lehenga ensemble along with a ghoonghat, she looked absolutely regal. She completed the look with big golden maang tika, large necklace on her and equally intricate golden earrings and a nosering. On top of her is a red cloth that gives her an even more ethereal look. 

In fact, looking at this picture, one would say that she as graceful if not more than her character of Rani Padmavati in the film Padmaavat. The outfit is so amazing that it gives her an almost divine quality and it looks like their designer Sabyasachi has really outdone himself this time. The two had gotten married in Sindhi tradition on this day. 

The couple had also been a part of the Anand Karaj ceremony, where the bride and groom sit or take pheras around the Guru Granth Sahib, a Sikh holy book. It is being reported that for this particular ceremony, the celebs had flown out the holy book from a nearby Gurudwara in Brescia. This move had reportedly angered a Sikh body based out of Italy, which had taken offense at the holy book being taken out of the Gurudwara to a banquet, hotel.

Meanwhile, the duo arrived at the Bengaluru airport on November 20 afternoon looking gleeful and much-in-love. Few pictures that surfaced on the internet sees the two decked head-to-toe in Sabyasachi. New bride, Deepika wass also seen donning her mangalsutra with elan. The reception that is due to take place will reportedly have guests from the South Indian film industries and some cricketers as well.
