Tiger Shroff spoke about his workout and diet routine recently in an interview with a media portal. The Baaghi actor, when asked about his preferences while working out, stated that he likes to do martial arts, parkour, weight training and has placed the treadmill in his room. Tiger further added that the moment he wakes up he hits the treadmill and runs for 45 minutes to get the blood flowing. Once he hops off the treadmill Tiger and chooses to either go for a quick martial arts routine or gymnastics training.
In the same interview, Tiger Shroff stated that his diet plan depends immensely on the kind of role he is prepping for. The Baaghi 2 actor stated that for his roles like Rambo or Baaghi the actor needed to put on muscle, hence, he increased his calorie intake. When questioned about how does he maintain those killer abs, Tiger Shroff simply answered that it is all made in the kitchen. He said that controlling on your binge habits and making sure that your last meal of the day is a protein-rich or full of vegetables makes a lot of difference.
