Good, bad or worse? Here's what the audience thinks of Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit starrer 'Total Dhamaal'

While the movie didn't wow the critics, Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit starrer 'Total Dhamaal' is being liked or let's say getting mixed reactions from the audience. Going by the tweets on social media, the majority is going gaga over this adventure comedy, while the others are thoroughly 'disappointed'.

Families and kids are definitely going to enjoy Indra Kumar's 'clean comedy' film, some people say. Despite the exams, the first-day occupancy looks to be impressive, as per the sources.

The total screen count of the film in India is 3700 and overseas being 786, making it a total of 4486 screens worldwide. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film 'has opened well in mass circuits... Metroplexes are decent... Biz at plexes should grow in evening shows when family audience, generally, turns up.'

Actor and comedian Kapil Sharma also tweeted: "Congratulations ⁦@ajaydevgn⁩ paji ⁦@AnilKapoor⁩ sir ⁦@MadhuriDixit⁩ mam ⁦⁦@Riteishd⁩ n the entire team of #TotalDhamaal hearing great reviews about the movie.. will watch it soon [sic]"

Directed by Indra Kumar, Total Dhamaal has a huge star cast and the audience has loved the fact that Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit are back on screen after 20 years. They have loved their 'nok jhok' in the film.

Meanwhile, there is another section of people that have disliked the film and have called it a 'total waste of time.' Some of them were also disappointed with the fact that the makers didn't really change the storyline and kept it pretty much similar in comparison to the previous two films.
