Much anticipated film, 'Student of The Year 2' finally released and it has been receiving mixed reactions from the audience and the critics. Helmed by Punit Malhotra, the film stars Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday, Tara Sutaria and Aditya Seal in pivotal roles. However, while speaking to a leading media publication, Seal compared the film to 'Avengers: Endgame' which sent shock waves all over.

On being asked about the flak, the film has been receiving, the actor said that there is a 'section of society' who will watch 'Avengers' and love it, believing that superheros exist, but when the same this is portrayed by Bollywood, they will give them 'flak' for it. Ever since the interview went viral, Twitterati has been slamming the actor. 'Student Of The Year 2' is a sequel to Karan Johar's 2012 venture 'Student Of The Year' that was helmed by the filmmaker himself and introduced three stellar actors to the film Industry- Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. However, unlike the previous venture, Punit Malhotra has directed the film while Karan Johar resumed the role of the producer of the project. The film introduced two fresh faces opposite Tiger- Ananya Panday and Tara Sultania, who are debuting in the industry with the film.
