On the professional front, Vaani Kapoor will be next seen in Karan Malhotra’s Shamshera. The movie is going to feature Sanjay Dutt, Ranbir Kapoor and Craig McGinglay in pivotal roles. Shamshera is bankrolled by Aditya Chopra. The plot of the film is set in the 1800s pre-Independent India. The story is an Indian adaptation of Howard Pyle’s Merry Adventures of Robin Hood. The film Shamshera is scheduled to release next year.
