After a long wait Abhishek Verman's much-anticipated venture 'Kalank’ finally had a grand theatrical release on Wednesday, April 17. Set in the 1940s pre-Independence India, 'Kalank' is said to be a tale of eternal love. It stars Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt in the lead and is jointly produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, and Fox Star Studios.
However, viewers seem to be quite disappointed with the monotonous storyline and slow pace of the film. After raiting the film 2.6/10 rating on IMDb, people on the internet have aced the meme game yet again. They have picked up instances from the teaser and turned them into hilarious memes which are currently going viral on the internet.
