After a long wait since the teaser of the movie was launched last month, Kalank’s theatrical trailer debuted on Wednesday and took the Internet by storm with its stunning sets and catchphrases. Recently, the film's lead, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt took to their social media profiles and introduced the 'World of Kalank'. 

Featuring Varun Dhawan, the 'World Of Kalank', shows the level of hard work that has gone behind in creating the spectacular set. Starting from the houses to the palaces and the streets, the film set involved 300 extras, 500 dancers, 150 light men, and is perhaps one of the most expensive film sets that have ever been built.

The teaser of the film was lasunched on March 12. While the netizens were mesmerized by the grandeur of 'Kalank' teaser featuring Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit, and Sanjay Dutt in the lead, the film seems to be dealing with the conflict of love. A few felt that the overall vibe of the teaser looks like a leaf taken from Sanjay Leela Bhansali's book.

Set in the 1940s, in Pre-Independence India, 'Kalank'' is said to be a tale of eternal love. It is helmed by director Abhishek Verman and stars Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit in the lead. Jointly produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, and Fox Star Studios, 'Kalank' is all set to hit the theatres on April 19, 2019.
