WATCH: Chinese Fans Almost In Tears As They Swarm Shah Rukh Khan For His Autograph; SRK Says, ‘I’m Red All Over’

  • All the youngsters, who were seen in similar red attires, seemed to be from the group SRK Universe China and ‘red’ was how SRK felt with the ‘warm and happy welcome’ consisting of ‘gifts, the flowers and the kisses’.

The massive reach of our films is evident in the fan following that some of the stars enjoy at many places outside India. From Raj Kapoor in Russia to Rajinikanth in places like Japan to Aamir Khan in China, even language has not been a barrier for these followers who dote on these big names. Another such actor is Shah Rukh Khan, whose fan following is signified by the massive numbers his films have brought up abroad over the years. Another example of this was SRK receiving an overwhelming response from Chinese fans who queued up excitedly in big numbers to catch a glimpse of their favourite star. The superstar responded that he is ‘red all over’ with all the love coming his way.

SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani shared videos of the thunderous response the actor received on arrival at the Beijing airport. From shouting SRK's name to giving him his pictures and even the ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’-style mandolin for him to sign his autograph on, many of them were almost teary-eyed to see the 'Chak De! India' star in front of their eyes.

SRK is China to attend the Beijing International Film Festival where his last release 'Zero' will be the closing film. The superstar's production house Red Chillies Entertainment had announced the news on Instagram, "We are pleased to announce that #Zero has been chosen to close the prestigious #BeijingInternationalFilmFestival. Here's congratulating the hardworking team behind the film!"
