Watch: Fourth Making Video Of 'Thugs Of Hindostan' Unveils The Arduous Training The Cast Underwent

The makers of the upcoming Bollywood film 'Thugs of Hindostan' sure know how to keep the audience engaged and involved with their film. The makers have been releasing making videos of the film in a series of chapters. Recently, they unveiled the fourth video, where they show what training the cast had to undergo to make the action sequence look effortless. 

In the video, the director Vijay Krishna Acharya begins by saying that in the film, there is a band of rebels who call themselves Azaad and are fighting against the East India Company. From the trailer, we get to know that Amitabh Bachchan is the leader of the Azaad. Speaking about the action sequence, Bachchan said that before approaching the sequences, they were made to do sword actions in the gym. 

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan who had worked in 'Dangal' previously, said that he would instinctively get into wrestling and his main job was to get it out of himself. The actor said that a lot of initial training went into boxing, kicking, rolling and sword fighting, which he feels gave the foundation into the film.

Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh, who rose to fame through the movie 'Dangal' plays a warrior in the film. The actress said that she used to take archery classes for her role. Initially, she started off with bow and arrows that are used in sporting events. She said that if the stance is not right, the string hits the arm and because of which she has suffered multiple bruises and has had swollen arms at times. Shaikh also said that the actual bow used in the film was different and difficult to use. 

The stunt choreographers on the other had seemed impressed with the cast with their ability, as they had restricted time for training. They said that actors in Indian already have a skill set when it comes to fighting.

The film has an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Katrina Kaif. The Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial is slated to hit the theatres on November 8 and promises to be a Diwali bonanza. 'Thugs Of Hindostan' backed by Yash Raj Films is said to be a visual delight for the film has been shot at picturesque destinations like Malta and the state of Rajasthan
