WATCH | Janhvi Kapoor Aces The 'Sui Dhaaga' Challege

'Sui Dhaaga' actors Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan have been challenging other actors from Bollywood to perform the 'Sui Dhaaga' challenge wherein they are to complete the task of putting a thread through the eye of a needle. Actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and filmmakers Kara Johar and Shashank Khaitan have performed the challenge so far. The newest addition to the eminent Bollywood celebrities to have performed the 'Sui Dhaaga' challenge is actress Jahnvi Kapoor and her sister Khushi Kapoor. The 'Dhadak' actress was nominated by director Shashank Khaitan. 

Janhvi took to Instagram to post a video of Khushi and her performing the challenge on Saturday, September 22. In her post, the actress wrote, "#suidhagachallenge !!!! Thank you @shashankkhaitan for nominating me. I further nominate @ishaan95 @warinahussain and @aaysharma to do this challenge 🕺🏼🕺🏼 So excited to watch the film 🌈#suidhaga @varundvn @anushkasharma".

Janhvi started the video by thanking Shashank Khaitan for nominating her for the challenge and said, "Thank you, Shashank for nominating me for this Sui Dhaaga challenge. I'm going to put this sui, uh, this dhaaga into this sui and Khushi is going to do it with me, and we're going to see who can do it quick. Ready Set Go"

As the actress succeeded in putting the threat through the eye of the needle, she ecstatically said, "Oh my God, I did it! I actually did it! I did it in like one second! I literally beat everyone!" To which Khushi quickly asked, "Do I have to do it now?" Janhvi replied saying "Yeah you know you lost, so its okay. Yay, I won" 

Janhavi further nominated Ishaan Khattter, Warina Hussain and Aayush Sharma. Nominating them the 'Dhadak' actress said, "I would like to nominate Ishaan, Warina and Aayush Sharma, since their first film is coming out and I know how exciting and hectic it must be for them and this is a fun challenge and they can sit and concentrate and focus and get away from all the stress."

Janhvi Kapoor who is riding high on the success of her debut film 'Dhadak' is gearing up for her upcoming projects including Karan Johar's 'Takht' and another film which will be her third film with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The actress who stunned the audiences with her performance in 'Dhadak' helmed by Shashank Khaitan will be essaying the role of the Indian Air Force Pilot, Gunjan Saxena, one of India's first female combat aviators, who was posted in Kargil during the war in 1999.
