‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ has been a bittersweet journey for Kangana Ranaut. After the movie got stalled and the actress took over the diretorial reins, the film tasted success at the box office. But the ‘Queen’ star trading barbs with the first director Krish and also lashing out at Alia Bhatt, Aamir Khan for ‘lack of support’ was not pleasant. Nevertheless, the action sequences of the movie has been appreciated and many of them included sequences where Kangana is riding the horse. A video from the shoot of one of the sequences has surfaced and netizens have greeted it with interesting reactions.
In the video, Kangana is seen riding a ‘fake horse’ which gallops on a trolley dug in the ground. As the Rani of Jhansi fiercely ‘slices’ the British warriors while doing so, the other warriors behind her are seen going ahead on real horses. The actor-director has the spot boys coming to her with an umbrella, towel and take the sword from her hands.

Netizens had hilarious reactions to it. Check out.
While the video did look unusual, it’s not uncommon to use props and camera tricks, which have been a part of cinema for a long time. Kangana does know how to ride the horse and videos of hers from the prep had surfaced.
It’s difficult to furiously move the sword on a galloping horse and kudos to the technical team for making it look convincing on screen.
