Wishing every woman 'out there', 'A very Happy Women's Day', Bollywood actress Preity Zinta extended a rather strong message, stressing on 'sisterhood' and 'empowerment'. In a video shared by the actress on the photo-sharing platform, she can be heard saying, 'Hi everyone, It is the 8th of March today and I wanted to wish all my sisters out there, a 'very very happy women's day'

Stressing on why just a day is needed to celebrate this occasion and asking women to stand up for each other, the actress said, 'Every day should be Women's Day' and can you imagine a world where all women supported each other, Well, It will be wonderful right? And so, keeping this in mind, I am going to take a pledge today and take a very small step into making this possible, and supporting and empowering every woman out there'.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Zinta made her Bollywood comeback with 'Bhaiaji Superhit'. 'Bhaiaji Superhit' is an action comedy and is helmed by Neeraj Pathak of 'Apne' fame. The cast of the film includes Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta, Ameesha Patel, Arshad Warsi, Evelyn Sharma, Mithun Chakraborty, Prakash Raj and Shreyas Talpade. The film revolves around a Varanasi based don (Sunny Deol) who dreams of seeing himself on the big screen. In order to fulfill his desire, he seeks the help of Arshad Warsi and Shreyas Talpade who play director and writer respectively. The film is slated to hit the theatres on October 19. 

Apart from this, the actress was seen in a lead role in 'Ishq In Paris' in 2013 and post that she appeared in a cameo in Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D'Cruz starrer 'Happy Ending' (2014) and Sonakshi Sinha and Diljith Dosanjh starrer 'Welcome To New York' (2018).
