When asked what is the real intention behind the film and their feelings now that it is finally releasing, Vicky started out by saying, "Excited, really excited and from the very beginning we felt that this is one story that every citizen of this country should see and should know. That's why are very excited."

Paresh Rawal, on the other hand, had something really interesting to say as he added, "Some did not even know what happened and there were some stupid people who were raising doubts on it, so they should also know. The doubt was put in the minds of the public, let the public also know what is the truth. So this film's existence is extremely important (in that regard)."

The film holds a very important significance as it marks India's retaliation to the terrorist attack that took place in Uri base camp on 18 September 2016, following which the surgical strike was carried out in eleven days. The movie will document the bold move from the country which has a historical significance for a mission of this nature had never been attempted nor executed before.
