Sameera Reddy who is just a week away from delivering her second child, took to her Instagram handle to share a stunning campaign called 'Imperfectly Perfect'. The 34-year-old wrote: "This is the real me! Almost ready to pop!"

Sameera has in the past has opened up about her post-pregnancy body issues after the birth of her first kid (2015) Hans. She recently also posted a before and after picture  on her Instagram handle , take a look -

Sameera who recently hit headlines for her underwater pregnancy photoshoot also thanked her fans for supporting her campaign. She said: "I want to thank you for supporting this campaign. I wanted to empower women to just love their bodies. And I'm so grateful for the positive feedback. I love you guys. You give me strength #instafam. We are all #imperfectlyperfect."

Why'd she opt for underwater photoshoot, she said: "I wanted to celebrate the beauty of the bump in my 9th month. At a time when we feel the most vulnerable, tired, scared, excited and at our biggest and most beautiful! I look forward to sharing it with you guys and I know the positivity will resonate because we all are at different phases of our lives with unique sizes and we need to love and accept ourselves at every level." 

Reddy got married to Akshai Varde, an entrepreneur on 21 January 2014 in a traditional Maharashtrian style.
