Actors are often looked up to as fashion icons and play an important part in shaping and moulding one's opinion about one's attire. However, the 37-year-old global star Priyanka Chopra has often disappointed her fans with some of her outrageous looks. While on the work front, the actor has excelled tremendously, she sometimes seems to lack perspective when it comes to fashion. Check out some of her worst outfits which made her fans want to pluck out their eyeballs. 

1. Disney Princess or a villain?

Met Gala is a global event which attracts netizens from all over. Everyone is glued to their smartphones waiting to see how their favourite stars were dressed. While her fans waited with bated breath, Priyanka Chopra appeared wearing an unflattering heavy velvet red dress which not only looked out of place at the event, but out of place as well. That red flowing robe made her look quite like a Disney villain. Fans wondered if the character of 'Maleficent' was her inspiration.

2. Priyanka at it again

As the Met Gala 2019 approached, it became a routine for the 'Don' actor to disappoint her fans. Wearing an atrocious outfit, Priyanka Chopra took a swing again at shocking her fans. Inspired by Lewis Carol's 'Alice in Wonderland' that grey-yellow-pink Dior gown was far from any depiction of Alice in Wonderland, but it did make her fans wonder what was on her mind while choosing this outfit. Her appalling hair done in tight frothy curls just made it worse.

3. Don't fluff it up

In another spectacle of the actress' unruly dressing style, she was seen carrying out a black thick jacket. Not only did the coat look odd, but was also far from comfortable. The actress captioned the post 'LET ME BREATHE WOMAN'. To be honest, the sight of the outfit was not a respite for her fans either.

4. Not so cute after all 

Priyanka Chopra's attempt to doll-up backfired with her efforts to look all cute in this purple outfit from Balmain tutu from Resort 18 collection. This added to one of her failed attempts at standing out as a fashion icon.

5. Wardrobe mishap

In another display of mismatched clothes, Priyanka Chopra was found adorning a Yves Saint Laurent outfit with a yeti feather thigh-high boots. The feather boots raised many eyebrows. Not only was it distasteful, but also completely out of tune with the rest of the attire.

While there has been no dearth of occasions where the actor did not astound us with her attires, there have also been events where her outfit stood out, like that in Cannes 2019.
