Kit Harrington almost died when he was four years old due to drowning in a swimming pool. The 'Game Of Thrones' is now starring in a new play titled 'True West' alongside Johnny Flynn, which features a whole lot of sibling rivalry.

The Game Of Thrones star, Kit Harington recently revealed interesting and shocking details about his childhood. The actor played the role of Jon Snow in the fantasy series 'Game of Thrones' where he died multiple times. However, seems that the actor had a near-death experience when he was a child.
Harrington revealed that he was having difficulties in swimming and was a few seconds from drowning. The 31-year-old, who married Rose Leslie earlier this summer apparently couldn't recollect what exactly happened or who saved him as he was a just a mere 4-year-old.

On the professional front, the actor will next be seen in 'True West' alongside Johnny Flynn, which features a whole lot of sibling rivalry and if reports are to be believed, The Game Of Thrones actor is very excited about the play since sibling rivalry is something he has gone through as a child with his brother.

Reportedly Harrington and his older brother have always had a very volatile relationship and that helped him with his new play 'True West' as Kit was the smarter one who always managed to get his brother in trouble with their folks. Discussing the sibling rivalry in his new play, Harrington further revealed that his brother will find the play hilarious and relatable.

As per reports, the actor disclosed that he and his brother are very close, as they fought when they were younger. He further added that something about the play draws him towards the relationship he shared with his brother. Reportedly, the two were extremely competitive and like every other sibling. Reportedly, the actor gives credit to his brother for the contribution to his career and especially the play because he learnt how to fake cry early on in life due to his brother. After being on Television for a long time, Kit Harrington is excited to get back to the stage for his upcoming play titled 'True West'.
