American actress Hilary Duff opened up about an uncomfortable encounter that she had recently with a stalker. The actress took to social media and revealed that she was harassed by a man who was hunting her down and was clicking her photographs without her permission. The 'Younger' actress who is currently nine months pregnant shared a video on Instagram where she can be heard having a conversation with a man in a car right next to her's as she requests him to leave her alone. That's when Duff asked him again to stop for he made her feel uncomfortable.

The actress was hunted down by the man as she went to drop her son for his soccer game. He followed her to her sister's house and then when she stepped out to run errands, the actress stated in the post. Despite asking the man to leave her alone several times, he continued to stalk her till the time she spotted and confronted him. Disappointed with the behaviour, she shared the clip on social media and stated that this is not the price she is supposed to pay for signing up for being a celebrity. Despite being a public figure she needs her personal space and it is not okay to intrude forcefully, stated the actress in her post on Instagram.

In the post that the actress put up, she described the incident as, "This guy has been at my son's soccer game this morning then followed me to my sister's house and was basically parked in her driveway to get photos. Followed me to run errands. I politely asked him to let me be and he continues to follow and stalk me down like pray for hours now."

Expressing her discomfort, the actress further stated "This is not ok. I am 9 months pregnant. When people say that's what you get for signing up to be a celebrity it honestly makes me sick. This is every day of every month and it's simply not ok. If a non "celeb"(I'm sorry to use that word) was dealing with this the law would be involved."
