"I don't dress for your approval", said Gigi Hadid to her style critics on Twitter. She was criticized by a fan for her recent casual outfit on Tuesday.

American model Gigi Hadid had an epic response for all her style critics. She made it clear that she can't be meeting the fan's sky-high expectations all the time. The model wore a casual outfit which included a colour-blocked sweatshirt, black leggings, and zip-up sneakers along with a puffer jacket when she stepped out on Tuesday. While she is considered a glam icon, her outfit was different than what she is seen wearing. Responding to her laid back look, a fan seemed to criticize her.

"She's such a natural beauty... I don'tknow what happened to her iconic street style tho, " a fan tweeted.

Gigi's response to the tweet
In an epic response to the comment in the tweet, Gigi said that she does not dress for anyone's approval. She said she stepped out to run errands and not meet fans' expectations. Clearing the air of expectations, the model further said that petty complaining and unrealistic expectations won't make her change her style. Adding more to the tweet, Gigi said that People talk of empowering women but still judge them. She herself respects both who show skin and those who don't. She shows it when she feels like, she concluded. She further said that she dresses for herself and that dressing is her own form of expression. She doesn't dress for anyone but herself.
