American singer, songwriter and actor Madonna is reportedly being sued by a man for starting her concerts late. However, the pop star has brushed off the allegations and in a response to the lawsuit she said 'a queen is never late'. Nate Hollander told an international media outlet that he had bought tickets to see Madonna's December 17 show at the Filmore Miami Beach, which was scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm but now has been pushed two hours ahead.
“Ticketholders [have] to work and go to school the next day, which prevents [s] them from attending a concert that would end at around 1:00 a.m.," the suit states.
Hollander filed the lawsuit on November 4 in federal court in Miami-Dade County. He says that he no longer wants to attend the concert. According to reports he spent a total of USD 1,024.95 and adds that it is a breach of contract and that the value of the tickets plunged due to the time change which now makes reselling of the tickets also impossible. He further accuses Madonna of repeatedly arriving at her “Madonna X Tour” shows late and said that she also has a long history of starting her concerts late.

Fans upset with the star
Many fans took on Twitter after the legends statement about never being late. Many fans seemed upset with the star either overtime change or her being late to previous events.
They just changed the time of the show from 8:30-10:30 in Boston. What time will she really go on? Is there an opening act? I have to work the next day...😳

We are coming to see you Sunday. Please don’t be too late. We have lives too! We love you but really do feel disrespected when you are late. Thank you

Was at the show in Manchester where she claimed to "not like being late" yet night after night she does it. Imagine if someone left her waiting for hours after an scheduled time they would be out the door! 10.30 starts are bad enough. Arriving on stage at midnight is disgraceful.

We bought tickets for an 8:30 show on 11/7, NOT a 12:07 AM show start on 11/8. It ruined a day and the concert was the worst I’ve experienced. Elton at Caesar’s was phenomenal as was Celine.
