Marvel Studios 'Avengers: Endgame' creates history in India emerging as the biggest Hollywood opener of all times. It has minted over Rs. 53.10 crores on the very first day of its release.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and made the announcement. In a series of Tweets, he revealed that the superhero venture has set a new benchmark by surpassing the opening day records of all Bollywood ventures including 'Thugs Of Hindostan', which was the biggest opener from Hindi film industry with a day 1 collection of Rs 52.25 crores.
The film critic who has rated 'Avengers: Endgame' with a five star earlier, further stated that it is an eye-opener for the industry that feels national holidays and festivals yield best results at the Box Office.

'Avengers: Endgame' which is the fourth and final venture of the 'Avengers' franchise is a direct sequel to 'Infinity War' from the last year. Directed by the Russo Brothers, the film is the 22nd instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The grandeur of the film seems to have surpassed the expectations of the audience, as they have lauded the project widely on social media and described it with words like 'Epic' and 'Incredible'.
The film has smashed several other records worldwide. As per media reports, the film has collected over 304 million US Dollars at the international box office with a huge part of that tally coming from China.
The superhero flick is reportedly screened in 46 countries around the world, including India. It has already surpassed the collection of the previous Marvel venture 'Avengers: Infinity War' which has collected over 204.8 crores USD worldwide. Moreover, Box office projection states that the film is expected to gross an amount between 800 million USD and 1 billion USD globally over the first weekend.
'Avengers: Endgame' brings together all the Marvel superheroes, played by actors including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, Jeremy Renner, Evangeline Lilly, Jon Favreau, and Paul Rudd. In fact, Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson who debut in MCU as Captain Marvel recently will also be a part of the film. Meanwhile, actor Josh Brolin will also resume the role of Thanos in the upcoming venture following 'Avengers Infinity War'.
