Priyanka Chopra is all set to share screen space with Pedro Pascal, Christian Slater and Boyd Holbrook in Netflix's 'We Can Be Heroes'. The feature is said to be helmed by Robert Rodriguez.


The ace-filmmaker recently directed 'Alita: Battle Angel', and is all set to produce the film with his own script. The project will also feature child artists in the likes of  Akira Akbar, Nathan Blair, Andrew Diaz, Andy Walken, and Hala Finley.

For the uninitiated, Sung Kang and veteran actor Christopher McDonald are also part of the cast. The Netflix feature is described as an action-adventure, that follows a group of children who team up together to save the planet and their parents who are kidnapped by aliens. The film has already started production in Texas. Touted as one of the most anticipated features, fans are waiting with bated breath for it.

Priyanka Chopra was last seen in the film, 'Isn't It Romantic' along with Rebel Wilson and Liam Hemsworth. Touted as a comedy-drama featured in Netflix just a few weeks after and seemed to be a hit among the fans. Although, the 'Quantico' actress was criticised for having less screen time, and it was an all-out Wilson shown. Priyanka however, was appreciated for her performance in the film. 


Priyanka Chopra made headlines earlier this week for condescendingly responding to a Pakistani journalist, Ayesha Malik. The Pak journalist went on to call Priyanka Chopra, a 'hypocrite' during a Beauty Con panel talk of Los Angeles for sharing a post favoring war between India and Pakistan. “I hear you. Whenever you’re done venting. Got it? Done? OK, cool,” Chopra had replied, going on to add, "Girl, don't yell, we're all here for love. Her tone did not sit well with the Pak audience.

Priyanka Chopra will make a come back to Bollywood with the film, 'The Sky Is Pink'. The film features Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf in pivotal roles. It is said to be about a 13-year-old girl who suffers from an immune-deficiency disorder. The film is all set to hit the big screens in October.
