With their new remix alongside Lauv released on Friday, BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan has some iconic albums that were a favourite with the fandom 'BTS Army'.

BTS, a Korean boy band, is a global phenomenon with millions of following on Twitter and Instagram. The group catapulted into international fame post their win at the Billboard Music Awards 2017 as Top Social Media Artists. Since their debut in 2013, BTS has released over 25 albums which include mini, full length, and special albums. Here is a list of best BTS albums that anyone discovering the BTS fandom should know about.

Debut BTS Album Single 2 Cool 4 Skool

BTS, also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan released their first single in June 2013. The first BTS album-concept had a storyline of rebellious teenagers lashing out at unfair norms. This album and BTS era should not be a miss because the seven-member band comprising of Kim Seok Jin, Min Yoon Gi, Jung Ho Seok, Kim Nam Joon, Park Ji Min, Kim Tae Hyung, and Jeon Jung Kook- performed extreme choreographies and displayed their first-ever showcase at the M-Countdown, a popular music television channel in South Korea. The goth theme in No More Dream song in their first album cannot be missed.

First full-length BTS Album Dark & Wild

The full-length album was released on August 2014. The songs were about love going awry, growing up, and identifying themselves. The title track ‘Danger’ was a strongly composed ‘Coming of age’ song, which was a mix of trap, hip-hop music. Cypher, another track in BTS album Dark & Wild was the foundation of BTS rap line establishing their stronghold over the rap genre.

Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa mini BTS album

The song I need you is reportedly the song that brought BTS into the limelight. BTS won their first-ever M-Countdown award and the national audience appreciated their music. The album HYYH was produced by their company Big-Hit, and a national hit, according to reports. Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa, which means the most beautiful moment in life, was the name of their album. Incidentally, this was when BTS gained momentum as a recognised K-Pop group.

Wings full-length BTS album

BTS won their first Daesang (Artists of the year) in the year 2016 for this album. According to their documentary film Burn The Stage, Wings album and the world tour was their most successful tour for the band. The song Blood, Sweat and Tears got global recognition according to Naver, a Korean news wire. BTS started appearing in international Music Awards and talk shows since this album.

Love Yourself Answer full-length BTS album.

Love Yourself Answer is the self-love album series that BTS released back in 2018. Some of the songs on the album were written by the band members themselves. Love Yourself includes singles from all the members and also group songs. The title track DNA received over 20 million views in the first 24 hours of the launch of the video.
