Michael Kenji Shinoda, popularly known by his stage name, Mike Shinoda, is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and graphic designer. He co-founded the LA-based alternative rock band Linkin Park and is the band’s rhythm guitarist, producer, primary songwriter, keyboardist and co-lead vocalist. In 2004, Mike Shinoda also created a hip-hop driven side project named Fort Minor; is also the co-founder of the Machine Shop records. He was shattered after the sudden suicide of his fellow band member Chester Bennington. During this phase of the indefinite hiatus of Linkin Park, Mike Shinoda came up with a solo album that took the streaming services with a storm.
