South star Vijay who will next be seen in a multi-lingual film titled 'Dear Comrade' which is slated to release on May 31, 2019, was recently admitted in a hospital due to exhaustion caused by work and is undergoing treatment, in Hyderabad. Reportedly, the actor was shooting till 6 am when he realized that he was down with fever and was beginning to feel really weak, and so decided to check into the hospital to get immediate relief.

Meanwhile, apart from his professional commitments, the actor recently made headlines when Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor said she is in 'awe' of the extremely talented South actor. When KJo asked Janhvi that if she were to wake up as a male actor, who would it be, to which she said the name of the Tollywood star. She also added that if that were the case then she would also a film quickly. Not only that, she even went on to call him 'extremely talented'. Even Arjun Kapoor was aware of the actor as he mouthed his most famous film 'Arjun Reddy'.

For those who are unaware, it was the actor's film 'Arjun Reddy' that really brought him tremendous fame. The Telugu flick is now being remade in Hindi as 'Kabir Singh' featuring Shahid Kapoor, who also gave a shoutout to Vijay recently. Other than this film, Vijay's latest release 'Taxiwala', which is based on a haunted taxi is also doing really well down South.
