'Baahubali' Director SS Rajamouli Launches Telugu Trailer Of 'Thugs Of Hindostan'

  • 'Baahubali' director SS Rajamuli launched the Telugu trailer of 'Thugs OF Hindostan'
  • The film is slated to release on November 8 in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi

The trailer of 'Thugs of Hindostan' released earlier on Thursday morning, in the presence of the lead cast of the film, including Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and  Katrina Kaif. The film is slated to release in India on the occasion of Diwali on November 8. The film will release not only in Hindi but also in Telugu and Tamil. 

The Telugu version of the trailer was launched by none other than director SS Rajamouli of 'Baahubali' fame. He gave Indian cinema the 'Baahubali' series which set a benchmark for filmmaking in India. The film that was made in Telugu was also released in Hindi and Tamil and is one of the most successful film series to date. 

SS Rajamouli felt that he is privileged to release the trailer. Releasing the Telugu trailer on social media, the filmmaker wrote, "Privileged to release the Telugu Trailer of #ThugsOfHindosthan. What a treat it is to watch @SrBachchan ji & @aamir_khan ji together on screen. Wishing the team a huge success :) @yrf @TOHTheFilm #KatrinaKaif @fattysanashaikh"

Earlier, Yash Raj Films had shared videos of Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan talking in Telugu and Tamil to promote the film among the people speaking these languages. 

The trailer of the film has garnered positive reactions from the audience and critics equally. The three-and-a-half-minute long trailer has surely raised expectations towards the film and fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the film. The trailer gives insight into the premise of the film and also attempts to familiarise with Amitabh Bachchan's character 'Azaad' and Aamir Khan's character 'Firangi'. The film is set during the British era in India and follows the war between Indians and the British, mainly on the sea. 

The film is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj Films.
