Actress Vanitha Vijayakumar. the eldest daughter of veteran actor Vijayakumar and late actress, Manjula has been mired in controversies for over a decade now. Currently, she is participating as a contestant in 'Bigg Boss 3', but as per inputs, the Telangana police have arrived at the house and inquiry has been launched after the actress' estranged husband filed a complaint of kidnapping stating that Vanitha has taken their daughter away to Chennai.

As per Republic TV sources, the actress was living in Hyderabad until she got divorced in 2012. Reports suggest that in the earlier days of February 2019, her estranged husband filed a complaint with the police over kidnapping their daughter.
