Debate on 8 different ways to write 'X' trends on Twitter; which one you do use?

We all have our different styles of writing, right from the first step of it, forming the letters. But what if you were to know that there are eight different ways to write the capital letter, ‘X’? 

If you are surprised, you have company as many have their own way, but felt any other way was not possible. 

The debate made headlines after a Twitter user’s thread about it along with a picture of the different ways with arrows and numbers got interesting reactions from the netizens . 

It might just take you some time to figure out which number you actually are, and there were those who chose multiple options and one who tried it on the computer to decide on it.

 Some were just shocked that there could be many ways to do it.

 One was convinced there couldn't be any other option other than 5 and another person felt it was obvious as that’s where the pen is headed after writing 'X.'

Some had interesting reactions like tagging another person and joking about not being friends if not for 6, and one who joked person drawing from bottom to top are the same who put the toilet paper on the holder the wrong way. 

Maximum netizens said 7 or 8 and many wondered if there was a correlation between being left-handed or right-handed for the same.  

Nevertheless, the person who started the thread came to a conclusion that Americans tend to do 7/8 and those from UK do 5 or 6, maybe on the basis of how they were perhaps taught in school.
