In a series of pictures that have surfaced on social media, Saif can be seen walking around the streets of Mumbai in his character from the series. Dressed as the Sikh police officer Sartaj Singh, the actor can be seen with a turban on his head which he has coupled with a purple t-shirt and grey trousers. He can be seen walking with a grim expression on his face. However, what really got out attention was the plaster on his left hand. For those who are unaware, his character lost a thumb in last season's finale when terrorist Malcolm Murad chops it off. Sartaj had even been admitted to the hospital for his injuries but looks like he is back on his feet again. As he is walking through the streets, he is surrounded by crew members and a few security guards.

With these pictures out, the fans of the show will now be even more excited for the upcoming season. Earlier on, the makers of the show had released a special promo video where the characters Ganesh Gaitonde and Bunty can be seen watching an episode of another Netflix show 'Narcos: Mexico'. The makers of that show had also paid a brief visit to India and had met the Sacred Games cast and crew.

The second season of the show will feature all characters from the pilot season with the exception of Radhika Apte. The shooting for the second season had become a question mark when the show's writer Varun Grover was accused of sexual harassment, but since there was no evidence, Netflix green-lighted the show once again. 'Sacred Games' is a series based on a book of the same name and the second season can be expected to come out next year.
