Nandamuri Balakrishna Aces As NTR In Latest Still, Film To Release On January 9


The makers of the much anticipated biopic, 'NTR' have finalised the release date of the film. The film will release on January 9, 2019

The makers of the much anticipated  biopic 'NTR' unveiled the final release date of the film. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to announce the release date and the latest poster of the film featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna as the legendary NTR. In the poster, Nandamuri Balakrishna seems to be recreating NTR's character from the film 'Bandipotu'.

Sharing the poster,Taran Adarsh wrote, "#NTRBiopic finalises the release date: 9 Jan 2019... Nandamuri Balakrishna as the legendary #NTR in #NTRBiopic - #Kathanayakudu... Costars Vidya Balan, Rana Daggubati and Sumanth... Directed by Krish... Produced by Balakrishna, Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Sai Korrapati."

The anticipation surrounding the film has only increased with each passing day, with the makers of the film , revealing interesting stills from the film. Recently, they had revealed a poster where NTR was seen with ANR (Akkineni Nageswara Rao), father of Nagarjuna and a former legendary actor and producer of Telugu film industry.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nandamuri  Taraka Rama Rao's son will be playing the role of his actor-father politician in his biopic.Around a month ago, the entire crew, including actors Rana Daggubati, Vidya Balan and Sumanth began to shoot for the film in Abids in Hyderabad where Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR) resided in the 80s. The makers chose to shoot at the real location, in order to add credibility to 'NTR – the Biopic'.This film, in which Vidya Balan is playing the role of the role of NTR'S wife Basavatarakam, will mark the actress' debut in Telugu cinema. Meanwhile, Rana Daggubati, plays the role of the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh,  Chandrababu Naidu, who is NTR's son-in-law. 

The Biopic is bilingual and will be released in Telugu and Hindi. Meanwhile, the music of the film will be composed by M. M. Keeravani and the film will be backed by Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati Ranganatha, and Vishnu Induri.
