Actor Rana Daggubati, who is currently filming for 'NTR'  unveiled his first look from the film. In the film, the actor essays the role of the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu. In the poster, he is seen as a young Naidu, sporting a thick moustache. Unveiling his look on social media, the 'Baahubali' actor wrote,"#RanaChandraBabuNaidu Shri N.ChandraBabuNaidu 1984"

A few days ago, Rana Daggubati's look from the film had leaked from the sets of the film. The photo that leaked while he was shooting for his part in Hyderabad went viral on the internet. The actor was seen sporting a white linen shirt with a different hairdo. In addition to this, it looked like the actor has lost a lot of weight to look the part. 

'NTR' is the biopic on the life of actor-politician NT Rama Rao. The film is being shot in Abids in Hyderabad, where NTR used to live. The makers chose to shoot at the actual location, in order to add credibility to 'NTR – the Biopic'.  As per reports, Rana Daggubati expressed his excitement and said that shooting the biopic in NTR's real home is heart touching and walking into that house was like travelling through time. The actor further said that recreating NTR's story in his own home is surreal and is the most memorable day of his film career.

The superstar NTR’s role is being essayed by his son Nandamuri Balakrishna in the upcoming biopic. The film had gone on floors earlier this year and the makers have roped in big names for the film.  Vidya Balan will be playing Basavatarakam, the wife of NTR. Bengali actor Jisshu Sengupta will be seen as filmmaker and Dadasaheb Phalke awardee LV Prasad, who launched NTR in films with Mana Desam. 

The biopic is helmed by Krish who recently wrapped up the shoot for Kangana Ranaut's much-awaited period drama 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi'.
