Titled as 'Petta', the film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and is scheduled for a Pongal release. Now, as promised the makers have unveiled the first track from the movie titled as 'Marana Mass'.

As the name of the song suggests, it is a high voltage opening track is a staple for every star down South. Composed and sung by Anirudh Ravichander, the song does justice to the title as the beats of various drums and folk instruments really capture everyone' imagination. The lyrics are trendy and massy and will be a treat for Superstar fans. Moreover, as a bonus, there is also vocals from SP Balasubramanian, which is a combo that has returned to the silver screen after ages. With a great song like this, there is no doubt that Thalaivar fans are going gaga over it. 

While one fan called it the new version of thug life, another felt that after a long time, Rajinikanth has got an electrifying opening track. One more fan called the song 'high voltage'. Looking at such amazing and positive reactions, there is no doubt that this song will create some ripples when it plays in theatres coming January.
