The reality television game show 'Bigg Boss' season 12 premiered on air on September 16. Host Salman Khan opened the show with his infectious energy and as the time passed by he introduced all the contestants one by one. However, Salman Khan had only one question for contestant Dipika Kakkar. He asked her as to why she is entering the house without her husband, only six months after the wedding.

This time the concept of the show is 'Vichitra Jodi'. Some contestants are entering the house in pairs, but there are some who are making solo entries as well. Explaining her situation, Dipika Kakkar said that her husband and she have a lot of responsibilities and that is the reason why they have decided to spend three months away from each other.

“Bigg Boss is a mind game. I am not prepared for it. Actually, you can’t prepare yourself, once you get into it then you know how it is like. What I like about the show is that people from different backgrounds come together and there are moments of togetherness,” Dipika said.

The actor said she never planned to participate in the reality TV show hosted by superstar Salman Khan. “It was not a planned move. I have never been calculative with my career. Last year, when I was offered the show I was not able to do it as marriage was on cards but this year I felt let me give it a thought. When everything worked out well, it was like let’s go and experience it,” she added.
