Shweta Tiwari is currently working on a new television serial titled Mere Dad Ki Dulhan. Shweta will be seen playing the character of Guneet Sikka in the show. The winner admits to not watching the recent season of the Big Boss. Her reason being her kid, who often fears the loud tone of the show. According to Shweta, her boy doesn’t like it when the contestants yell at each other. However, she pointed out that, most of the time the TV is set onto cartoon channels so she barely even gets top watch anything. Hence the actress doesn’t see a point in watching the latest season.

With Mere Dad Ki Dulhan is Shweta Tiwari is making a comeback to the Indian television scene. She has been away for quite a while now, and she will finally be seen on screen after a long time. The story revolves around a single father who is living with his daughter. He meets a lady who is also a single mother and is ready to get into a relationship. The show will be aired on Sony.
