Ace-comedian Kapil Sharma took to Twitter and extended his best wishes to Salman Khan and Sunil Grover for the release of 'Bharat'

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer 'Bharat' has opened with an incredible response as far as morning shows are concerned. While the premiere of the film was held last night, there were many celebs who gave it a miss but have sent their best wishes nevertheless. One of them was ace-comedian Kapil Sharma. He took to Twitter and wishes Sunil Grover and Salman Khan the 'best' for the film. Although the post is rather normal, it is quite interesting to see him tweet to his former co-star Sunil Grover.

"#Bharat is releasing worldwide today .. my best wishes to @BeingSalmanKhan bhai #katrinakaif @WhoSunilGrover paji @aliabbaszafar n the entire team of Bharat go n watch with ur family", he wrote. 

For the uninitiated, Sunil Grover starred in Kapil Sharma's shows - Comedy Nights With Kapil and the previous seasons of The Kapil Sharma Show. However, the 41-year-old comedian quit The Kapil Sharma Show, after Kapil reportedly abused him while he was flying home from Melbourne in 2017. 

On the professional front, Kapil Sharma is doing quite well as the TRP's of his show, 'The Kapil Sharma Show' are sky-rocketing. It also beat Sunil Grover's 'Kanpur Wale Khurranas'.

Grover's show however soon went off the air as he had signed up for a mini-series with the channel as he also has to shoot for 'Bharat'. The film apart from him stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in pivotal roles. In an interview, he revealed that he had signed the show for eight weeks only as his dates were booked for the upcoming film. He further added that he had made the same clear during the press conference and interviews.
