Kumkum Bhagya show crosses another milestone, completes 1500 episodes

Kumkum Bhagya is an Indian daily soap that airs on Zee TV. The show revolves mainly around the lives of Pragya and Abhi. Sarla Arora, who runs a marriage hall, wants her two daughters, Pragya and Bulbul to get married. But the sisters have their own dreams and ambitions, but all of it changes when they cross paths with Abhi and Purab. Abhi and Pragya eventually fall in love and get married. The duo even have their own kids, Prachi and Ria. The show recently achieved a milestone of reaching 1500 episodes.

Kumkum Bhagya celebrates completion of 1500 episodes

This Ekta Kapoor family drama has been a roaring success ever since its inception. The show manages to bring life to all kinds of emotions and intricacies of human relationships. Fans love watching the lead pair, Abhi and Pragya on the screen as they share a great chemistry with each other. The duo is fondly nicknamed Abhigya. The changing dynamics of characters and various twists in the show are what make it a fan-favourite.

Talking about the show’s success in an interview, the lead Shabir Ahluwalia who plays Abhi said that the feeling is surreal and thanked his fans, Ekta Kapoor and his team for making all of it possible. He further added that there are many more untold stories and plot twists in the lives of Abhi and Pragya that the fans are yet to see and that they still have a long way to go.

Sriti Jha who plays Pragya also expressed her love and gratitude towards her fans and the Kumkum Bhagya team. She said that it is the support that has driven them to put their best foot forward and accomplish what they have.
