Television actress Somya Seth, who is best known for her role in 'Navya' and 'Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat' is currently making headlines after her post on 'injustice', 'emotional manipulation' and physical abuse' went viral on social media. 

Sharing a lengthy post on Instagram, the actress recounted her days when she debuted on the small screen and how she has grown up now. 

 "8 years ago when I took up Navya I was 21 years old girl... wanted the world to believe in love!!! Wanted to heal the world with love!! I believed everyone deserves love and to be loved. I was in my own country. I lived with my parents who protected me from everything evil", read an excerpt from her post.

"Girls just need to listen to their own hearts and believe that they are women with substance and their happiness should not depend on any guy. Today I can tell being honest is expensive and worthless and painful and stupid", she further elaborated.

Seth married actor Arun Kapoor two years back, and they have a son named Ayden together. However, Somya's Instagram page is filled with images of her son, and her husband is absent throughout which have given rise to speculations that maybe the couple isn't together anymore. 

Somya has also featured in shows like 'Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat;' and 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui'.
