After producer Vinta Nanda accused Alok Nath of rape and brutality, a woman crew member of Sooraj Barjatya's 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' shared her horrific experience with the veteran actor. Recalling the nightmarish incident the crew member reportedly said that she had taken a change of costumes for Alok Nath for a night scene and was taken aback when he started stripping in front of her, as reported. According to reports, the crew member tried to make her way out of the room as soon as she could but was grabbed by the hand and manhandled by the veteran actor. Reportedly, the crew member remembers yanking her hand out of his grip and rushing out of the room.

However, the woman did not complain about Alok Nath's behaviour to director-producer Sooraj Barjatya. As per reports, she was "shell-shocked" and couldn't muster the courage to speak up against the veteran actor. The woman further claimed that Alok Nath was extremely close to the Barjatyas and that Sooraj Barjatya would have taken her complaint badly, as reported. The woman also reportedly said that she was not an active part of films anymore and that the course of her career changed after this incident. Reportedly, she also said that Vinta Nanda's post brought it all back for her.

Alok Nath was also accused of misbehaviour with actress Navneet Nishan who was the female lead of 'Tara' that aired on television back in the 90s. The makers of the show had decided to let him go after one final shot. However, Nanda in her Facebook post stated that on the day of the last shot, the 'Maine Pyar Kiya' actor came drunk on the sets and misbehaved with the lead actress. Following the incident, Alok Nath was removed from the show, which he returned to later, using his contacts.
