Shveta Salve, born on November 12, is popularly known for her role in Hip Hip Hurray. The actor was also the runner up for Jhalak Dikhla Ja Season 1. Shveta garnered popularity through a number of TV shows she was a part of. Celebrating her 35th birthday, here are a few of the TV shows the star was a part of.  

Hip Hip Hurray 

Hip Hip Hurray is one of the most popular television serials of the 90s. The show gained a cult status over the years. The series follows the lives of a few teenagers around their 12th grade at the DeNobili High School and their adventures, relationships and ambitions. Besides Shveta, the series also stars Shabbir Ahluwalia, Beena Bannerjee, and Sharokh Bharucha.

Left Right Left 

Left Right Left followed the lives of six confused and disoriented Army cadets recruited for the Indian Army training who faced with various obstacles and yet stand together. The series also stars Rajeev Khandelwal, Kunal Karan Kapoor, Arjun Bijlani, Harshvardhan Rane, and Sanaya Irani. 

Kittie Party 

As the name suggests, the series revolves around the lives of eight women who meet every month for their kitty parties and share updates regarding their lives. Shveta played Tina in the series and other cast members include Poonam Dhillon, Maya Alagh, and Preeti Dayal.

Thoda Si Zameen, Thoda Sa Asmaan 

Thoda Si Zameen, Thoda Sa Asmaan starred Shveta Salve, Jaya Bhattacharya, Smriti Malhotra-Irani, and Usha Nadkarni in the lead roles. It follows the life of Uma, a 27-year-old daughter of a mill worker who takes up several jobs to provide for her family when the mill shuts down. The series is set in the heart of Mumbai follows the life of a middle-class family. 

Ek Tha Chandar Ek Thi Sudha 

This was a mini TV-series based on Dharamveer Bharati's most famous work, Gunahon Ka Devta and is a classic tale of love unlike any other. While Shveta plays Pamela D’Cruz, the series also stars Rahil Azam, Umang Jain, and Rajendra Gupta.
