Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover's rivalry doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. Their fans and audience are waiting for the two to patch up after the shoe-hurling controversy.

Recently, when Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif appeared on 'The Kapil Sharma Show' to promote 'Bharat', the speculations were going around that Sunil Grover also might join but the comedian didn't arrive. Grover plays an important role in the film and the fans were expecting his appearance for the promotions.

Opening up on why he didn't attend the show, Sunil Grover spoke to an entertainment portal and said: "Mera jaana kuch aisa zaruri bhi nai tha. Sunil was also asked if he would ever work with Kapil Sharma in the future, to which he said: "Mujhe lagta hai ki kayi baar destiny hoti hai ki, aapka saath kisi project mein kisi point tak hota hai. Ishwar ne chaha to jarur kabhi na kabhi kaam karenge. Bhagya hoti hai … destiny hoti hai…kuch cheezen ho gayi, khoobsurat cheezen hai..mujhe itna recognition mila, itna pyaar mila, itna time bitaya. Woh bahut bahut khoobsurat memories hai jo mere saath rahenge hamesha."
