Actress Ruhi Shaileshkumar Singh, 30-year-old, is under the legal scanner after she misbehaved with the police officials in an inebriated state. The actress was recorded on camera where she was seen accusing a policeman of assaulting her.

ANI tweeted the case and wrote: "Mumbai: A case has been registered against TV Actor Ruhi Singh & 2 others after she allegedly assaulted a police personnel at Linking Road, Bandra before fleeing in her car, in an inebriated state, & meeting with an accident at Santacruz. Incident took place on night of 31 March."

Ruhi along with her two friends Rahul and Swapnil were spotted at Bandra's eating joint (which was shut) where they were arguing to use the restroom. The restaurant called the cops and the reports suggest that she allegedly assaulted a police personnel there.

Minutes later, the actress banged her car at Santacruz damaging 7 vehicles (four two-wheelers and 3 cars). "When Ruhi and her two friends were leaving, she got behind the wheel and rammed the car into a few parked vehicles in Santacruz as she was under the influence of alcohol. The Santacruz police station has booked her for rash driving also," said deputy commissioner of police Parmjit Singh Dahiya to a leading publication. This comes under IPC section 279 (rash driving) and under the Motor Vehicle Act for drunk driving.

According to the reports, the Khar Police have booked Ruhi, Rahul and Swapnil under the IPC section 353 (assault or criminal force deterring public servant to perform duty).
