Ajay Devgn Leases Office Space In Mumbai's Andheri For A Whopping Monthly Rent

Superstar Ajay Devgn is currently busy working on his upcoming action thriller, Singham Again. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty and will be marked as the third instalment of the Singham franchise. Beyond his films, the Bholaa star is also expanding his business empire. According to recent reports, Ajay Devgn has rented out his office space in Mumbai's Andheri to director Kabir Khan for a substantial monthly rent of ₹7 lakh.

Ajay Devgn recently leased out his commercial space in Mumbai

According to a real-estate portal, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has recently leased his commercial office space in the busy Andheri area of Mumbai for ₹7 lakh per month. Reports suggest that Kabir Khan Entertainment has rented the space and will be paying this amount for the property.

The 'Leave and Licence' agreement, finalised this month, incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.12 lakh. Devgn’s office is located in the well-known Signature Tower, developed by Lotus Developers.

This project sits along Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara, a key area in Mumbai’s western suburbs. It offers easy access to major highways, and a Metro station, and is close to the international airport, making it an attractive location for businesses seeking well-connected office space. The area’s lively array of retail, dining, and entertainment options further boosts its appeal as a business hub. The leased property covers 3,455 sq ft and includes three parking spaces. The lease, secured with a ₹30 lakh deposit, is for a term of 60 months.

Ajay Devgn owns multiple properties

Drishyam 2 actor and his wife Kajol own multiple properties in the same Signature Tower project. They are among other Bollywood stars such as Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, and Kartik Aaryan, who have also invested in commercial spaces in Signature Tower.

According to a publication Ajay Devgn leased an office in Andheri West for ₹9 lakh per month for five years, with the lease registered on May 31, 2024. Last year, in April 2023, Shaitaan actor purchased five office units in Andheri West for ₹45.09 crore. This followed his earlier purchase of a 474.4 square metre home in Juhu, Mumbai, for ₹47.5 crore two years prior. The office units, covering a total of 13,293 square feet, are situated in the Signature Building, Oshiwara, on Veera Desai Road one of which is now on rent.
