Baby John: Jackie Shroff Shares His First Look From Varun Dhawan Starrer, Hints At Big Announcement

Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the release of his next highly anticipated movie Baby John, presented by Atlee. As just two months are left for the film to hit the theatres, the makers have planned to unveil the first look of the characters starting from tomorrow, October 12. On Friday, the makers unveiled the look of Jackie Shroff from the movie, but it's not a complete look.

The actor, who plays a pivotal role in the movie, dropped a monochrome poster showing half of his face, smoking a pipe. The poster reads, "Glimpse from tomorrow". Sharing the poster, he wrote, "Something big is coming… Stay tuned for the ultimate reveal!"

What else do we know about Baby John?

Helmed by Kalees, the movie stars Keerthy Suresh in the lead role, marking her debut in Bollywood. Apart from her, the movie also stars  Wamiqa Gabbi, Sanya Malhotra and Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles. The technical crew consists of musician Thaman S, editor Ruben and cinematographer Kiran Koushik. The movie is the official Hindi remake of Thalapathy Vijay and Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Theri.

The story revolves around Baby John, an ex-cop, who fakes his death and goes into hiding for the safe upbringing of his daughter. However, trouble ensues when their life gets threatened by Baby John's past enemies and Baby John must face his past to protect his daughter.

Produced by Atlee, Murad Khetani and Jyoti Deshpande under Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios and A for Apple Productions, the movie is slated to release on the occasion of Christmas , which is on December 25.
