Speaking to the paparazzi stationed outside the hospital, Govinda 's wife shared an update on the actor. She confirmed that he will be discharged today, October 4. She shared that the doctors had allowed the actor to go home and thanked everyone for their prayers and support.

Talking about Govinda 's health, Sunita shared that because of the bullet in his leg, he would not be able to stand for long. She added that he would speak to the media while sitting in his car. On her reaction to the actor's return, Sunita shared, “aare isse acha Kya feel hoga mere pati sahi salamt Ghar jare hai.”

On October 2, Sunita spoke to the media outside Citicare Hospital, where Govinda is currently admitted. She shared her reaction with an update on his health, confirming that he is stable. While talking to the paparazzi, she revealed that the Hero No. 1 actor had been moved from the ICU to a regular room. She stated in Hindi, “Sir ki tabyat abhi thik hai, abhi unko aaj normal ward mai equit karegy, kl se bht behtar hai, mere hisab se kl ya parso mai discharge bhi kar denge. Unk sab fans log k ashirward se, sir ekdum thik hogye hai.” (He is better. We will admit him to the normal ward today. He is much better than yesterday and will be discharged the day after tomorrow.
