Inside Stree 2 Star Rajkummar Rao's ₹45 Crore Minimalist Home With A 'Zen Space'

Actor Rajkummar Rao was recently seen in Amar Kaushik's horror-comedy Stree 2, the sequel to the 2018 hit Stree. He has made long strides in his career while establishing himself as a much sought-after actor. Rajkummar is known for his versatility and has even won a National Award. With a net worth of ₹81 crore, he bought a three-storey apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu neighbourhood in 2022. The stylish and luxurious apartment was formerly owned by actress Janhvi Kapoor.

Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekhaa bought a luxurious house spanning 3,456 square feet on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors in 2022. Reportedly, they purchased the property for ₹44 crore. The previous owner, Janhvi Kapoor, had acquired it in 2020 for ₹39 crore. 

The couple also paid a stamp duty of ₹2.19 crore, which includes access to six car parking spaces.

The living room is tastefully decorated with white and grey tones, complemented by modern wooden furniture. However, the highlight of the Bheed actor's home is the spacious balcony, which offers stunning views of the city. They have turned this outdoor area into a peaceful zen zone by adding a Buddha statue surrounded by plants.

The dining room exudes a rustic charm, while a beautiful spiral staircase, reminiscent of those in old castles, connects the multiple floors. Additionally, the Srikanth actor has a cosy reading nook in the living room, featuring a window seat adorned with red and beige cushions. 

He also has a vibrant collection of theatre-themed artworks all over the house. The wall art, featuring a series of motivational quotes, reflects the actor's spirited attitude.
