Kim Kardashian Posts Pic With 'Queen' Aishwarya Rai Bachchan From Anant-Radhika's Wedding

Kim Kardashian is having the time of their life in India. The international star is in the country to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities. She created waves after confirming that the extravagant wedding would feature in their popular TV show The Kardashians. Now, she has shared a blockbuster selfie with none other than, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Kim met Aishwarya during Anant and Radhika’s Shubh Aashirwad ceremony and made a point to click a selfie with a “queen”. In the image, Aishwarya looks gorgeous in a black embroidered Anarkali accessorized with Kundan jewellery. Kim, on the other hand, looks pretty in Indian attire paired with a nose ring. Sharing the photo, she wrote "Queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan".

Soon after she dropped the post, it went viral on the Internet with fans hyping the moment. A fan shared the photo on X handle and wrote, "Kim Kardashian took a selfie with Aishwarya Rai and calls her "Queen". I never expected this to happen. Aishwarya Rai is truly The face of Indian cinema." Another wrote, "Everyone is fangirling kim and kim is fan girling Aishwarya and she is the only Indian celebrity that Kim posted on her ig means that Kim know her before. Anant and Radhika's wedding to feature on The Kardashians

Kim and Khloe were among several international celebrities who arrived in India to attend the nuptials of Anant and Radhika, held on Friday at Jio World Drive - a convention center built and owned by the Ambani family. Both the sisters, styled by Dani Levi, were dressed in custom-made designs and jewellery by celebrity-favourite designer Manish Malhotra. While Kim was draped in a glittering red lehenga-saree, Khloe opted for an ivory-gold lehenga-saree with heavy embellishments. Later, she shared shared a screengrab of a video featuring the Kardashian sisters and confirmed the rumours that they were filming for their popular reality series. "Had to screen grab our video bc we're just so happy to be lucky enough to travel the world together! And duh we were filming The Kardashians too so you guys can see Kim and Khloe take India (sic)" she wrote.

The Kardashians which streams in India on Disney+ Hotstar, focuses on the personal lives of the Kardashian–Jenner family. The series is a retooled continuation of their previous reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which concluded in 2021 after a 20-season run on US network E!.
