Malaika Arora's Father's Death: The actress is going through a personal tragedy following the death of her father Anil Arora. He allegedly died by falling off a seven-storey building in Mumbai. The night before the tragic incident, the Chaiyya Chaiyya fame stepped out for a dinner date with her friends.

What was Malaika Arora doing before her father's death?

On September 10, Malaika Arora was snapped outside a restaurant in Mumbai. The actress, who often steps out with friends, had an intimate dinner the night before her father's untimely demise. In videos shared by paparazzi, she could be seen dressed in a brown halter-neck top teamed with blue denim. She completed the look with a green bag.

The paparazzi member shared that Malaika Arora had stepped out to dinner with her friends in an unfiltered look. Videos of the actress from the night have been circulating online again.

About Malaika Arora's father's death

Actress Malaika Arora’s father Anil Arora on Wednesday died by suicide on Wednesday morning. However, some reports claim that it was an accident. Several reports stated that Anil Arora jumped off the third floor from his apartment building in Bandra, Mumbai at around 9.00 AM on Wednesday morning. Malaika’s former husband Arbaaz Khan was seen outside her apartment after the incident took place. The actress is on her way back to Mumbai from Pune.

According to media reports, the remains have been taken for postmortem to Bhabha Hospital. Other details related to the death are still under development. Police are investigating the matter. 

Meanwhile, a source told PTI, “It's true that Malaika's father passed away this morning. He has not committed suicide, it's an accident. They all are shocked because he had no ailment or anything as such,” they revealed.  

"We will be sending you the police panchnama when we receive it. That will be the accurate information for this unfortunate incident," the source said.
